Grills and Smokers

Even if just watching to see how your favorite Uncle keeps his grill from flaring up, it's always a learning experience as there are so many different techniques of grilling and smoking.
There are several options when it comes to choosing grills and smokers. In this article I'll focus on mainly smokers. There are basically 3 different types; electric, gas & charcoal. The type that you chose may be entirely a personal preference or it may be a decision based on necessity. By that I mean that if you are going to be using the smoker in your back yard all of the time and there is no electricity available there, you probably wouldn't want to buy an electric smoker. But if you don't want to mess with lighter fluid, charcoal and such, you probably wouldn't mind purchasing an electric smoker.
